Since January 2023, documentation for all sites has been generated and stored until site handover in HARDROLLER.
Requirements for as-built documentation from government Clients are very high, but correct information in documents allows quickly obtaining a conclusion on the compliance of the constructed facility with safety requirements, and commissioning facilities on time.
One of the most complex and important facilities: 'Major repair of the bridge structure across the Neglinka River on Antikainen Street in Petrozavodsk' (Client - KU RK 'Upravtodor RK'). Work on it was carried out around the clock, at peak moments 60 people worked on the site. As-built documentation in HARDROLLER was prepared by 2 Technical Department engineers. The facility was commissioned ahead of schedule.
Throughout the year, HARDROLLER has helped not only significantly reduce labor costs (as-built documentation for 10 sites is managed by just 2 Technical Department engineers, speed up documentation generation (the service automates data entry, and form templates for any type of work comply with standards and requirements), but also controls the completeness of input data and final as-built documentation.
The system automatically checks for errors, and in case of date mismatches and missing important documents, signals the need for corrections and additions. All information is stored in a structured way and is not lost, and documents generated in the service comply with Russian legislation requirements and are always up to date.
Each project can be independently adapted to the specifics of construction site processes.
The technical support team always promptly responds to questions, which we had only three times during the year of using the program. Moreover, at our suggestion, the developers added additional functionality that made working in HARDROLLER even simpler.
It's very convenient that you can monitor documentation preparation rates simultaneously across all projects. The calendar for each project shows the state of as-built documentation: which works are closed with documentation, which need to be generated, and where there are problems. This is very helpful and doesn't allow missing important moments that arise in the process of generating as-built documentation.
Cooperation with HARDROLLER continues in 2024.
