Tensacciai is a contractor building complex load-bearing reinforced concrete structures with pre- and post-tensioning of reinforcement cables, working worldwide. At the Arctic LNG2 natural gas liquefaction plant construction in Murmansk, the company is performing work on gravity-type foundations - the basis for the entire facility.
Since December 2021, all as-built documentation at the site has been generated using the HARDROLLER: As-Built Documentation service. The requirements for as-built documentation in this international project are not only high but also non-standard: documents must be prepared in two languages simultaneously. Thanks to rational and efficient work organization and the use of HARDROLLER, the entire volume of documentation is fully prepared by just three people, and Tensacciai is the only contractor on site that has submitted all documentation on time out of more than a dozen.
Without automation, even with proper process organization, we would need at least twice as many people to solve this task. And in case of work organization problems, the backlog would grow like a snowball, requiring dozens of additional people (in-house or outsourced) to compensate. HARDROLLER helps us not only reduce direct labor costs but also control the completeness of input data and final as-built documentation. Moreover, we can reprint any volume of documentation at any time, for example, if formatting requirements change. The HARDROLLER team promptly provided us with service deployment considering the Client's requirements and ensures uninterrupted system operation. The costs of this automation have paid off many times over.
